Too much to Do, Not Enough People to Do It: Building a Case for Team Growth

April 15, 12:20 PM

We have all faced the challenge of a demanding workload without enough people-power to deliver what’s needed on time. So how do we go about successfully building the case to get more headcount?

In this interactive session, we will discuss the value of moving away from emotional discourse towards data, what kind of support you need, how cost factors in, and the importance of advocates.

This will be an interactive presentation in which Carrie will share her own learnings from 15+ years in the industry, and then open up the floor for audience participation.

Before attending a HS DAM event, I never knew the true impact or importance of DAM. For the first time it felt like I wasn't alone, but part of something so much greater. I left inspired and motivated to take what I had learned and apply it our DAM system. I look forward to the event every year!

The Henry Stewart DAM NY conference did not disappoint. The breadth of topics and experiences covered were amazing.  I could have used three of me to cover all the sessions I was interested in attending!
