Carrie Roberts is a Senior Creative Operations leader with over 15 years of experience supporting both in-house and agency creative teams. She believes in clearing obstacles so creative teams can do their best work and does this through creative problem solving, empathetic leadership and collaborative partnerships. Her expertise is in finding and developing best process, people and systems for growing Creative Operations teams. Before her current position at Johnson & Johnson Design working in Global Design Operations, she held roles as Creative Operations Director for The Body Shop and Director of Creative Services and Head of Production at Exposure America.
