Keynote: What Might We Learn From the Muriquis?

10 March, 9:15 AM GMT

Every day for the past three years, Ale has been talking to people in the Creative Industries about the challenges they face at work. From multiple companies, disciplines and countries she has heard tales of woe, impossible deadlines, team turmoil and horrors galore. The list of nightmares is long and many of the problems stem from the problems of ‘seeking dominance in the hierarchy’. “But what may we learn from muriquis monkeys – leaders in the art of egalitarian working?” Ale is convinced, it's time to seek Creative Equity: how it can be achieved and why the most excellent work happens when everybody in the team has the same stake in the game.
