Ricky Kapoor is the Managing Director of his family group of businesses which include a London Business Centre, Rustic London Wine Bar and The Edinburgh Collection which own and operate hotels in Edinburgh comprising of the Old Waverley Hotel, Haymarket Hub Hotel, Holyrood Aparthotel and Princes Street Suites. Ricky graduated from Leicester’s DeMontfort University with a BSc (Hons) degree in 1992 in Industrial and Business Systems and began his career in the Hospitality Industry some 25 years ago. The UK businesses are part of his larger family group Palm Holdings with proven track record of successful hotel development, branding, sales and marketing and operations. Ricky has been actively involved in the wider hospitality industry having held senior board and committee positions at hospitality associations such as HBAA and ASAP.
