Colleen Moore

Colleen is an experienced leader of studio creative operations. As Sr. Manager, Media Studio at REI, Colleen leads the creation of world class creative assets supporting all campaign and e-commerce related media by providing leadership, talent development, processes, best practices, and standards that drive operational efficiencies from concept to completion.

Colleen has:

  • a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Photo/Video from the University of Chicago, Illinois
  • a Master of Business Administration, MBA, from Keller Graduate School of Management
  • experience in many roles in the industry including photo assistant, photographer, producer, account manager, and studio leadership
  • supported many clients, including Petco, Under Armour, Oakley, CVS, Walmart, Jim Beam, GSK, Sears, and many more
  • designed and built multiple studios for various clients, most recently overseeing the design and build of a 35,000 sq. ft. studio for REI

Colleen gets excited about collaboration, developing and refining process and workflow, and working with her team to simplify and streamline the work. Her passion is advocating for her team and empowering them to develop their skills and grow their careers. 

When she’s not working, Colleen is an avid endurance athlete who has completed many marathons. She also loves traveling and spending time with her rescue dogs.
