Amanda has 11+ years of experience working in the eCommerce and digital space. In her current role, Amanda uses her experience with data and customer insights to help inform strategic decisions for how to enhance hotel marketing and eCommerce channels and platforms. Working with high touch owners, management companies and hotels, she has helped to mitigate business needs and appropriately communicate through content what each asset/product has to offer. She and her team partner collaborate with content and technology partners to identify gaps and create solutions for the future of content and messaging across platforms. Her 25+ person team is located across the US and consults across owned and external channels for Hilton’s 17 brands and over 6000 properties.
