She is always willing to help, always willing to listen, and always eager to learn something new. Her career path includes professional photography, studio management, warehouse logistics, manufacturing operation management, and people leadership.

Erin is an experienced project manager and works on projects across multiple business divisions including manufacturing operations and marketing teams to ensure stakeholders are ready for transformation and aligned on end goals. She succeeds by acting as a collaboration agent helping to facilitate productive communication between cross-functional business teams. Of course, championing for DAM every step of the way. She launched Herff Jones' creative workflow management tool enterprise wide and continues to admin the software while overseeing the DAM initiative.
