How the Creative Team Can Stack The Odds In Their Favor

Tuesday November 5, 2.00pm - 5.00pm

Senior leaders of in-house agency and creative departments must expand the tools their teams use - how else can they deliver greater value to their companies?

But the tools must be the ‘right tools’. They must deliver greater efficiency and lower costs. They must improve communication and ensure assets are more easily controlled. They must support the creation of precisely targeted promotions. They must make it easy to utilize actionable data, relevant metrics and feedback-generated improvements. They must increase the reach of available resources and ensure remote team members are integrated, seamlessly, into the daily workflow.

Without a strategic approach it can’t be done. Communication across multi-disciplinary departments will not be optimally effective. The cost of deliverables will increase. Time to market will take too long.

Join this tutorial and take time to plan out your stack. Make sure it aligns with your own, unique, strategy. Make sure you are future proofed for all eventualities - flexible and ready to pivot when necessary.
