Jerry Melichar

Operations Director, North America


Jerry spent nearly a decade at Focus Features/Universal Studios in international post production before switching gears to become a video producer at Magnet Media.  Jerry quickly took on operations and revenue management roles at Magnet and supported business development efforts.  

In 2014, Jerry developed and co-taught a new NYU Stern School of Business course focusing on both in-person and online business communication best practices.

Jerry joined Vice Media’s digital creative agency as Operations lead in 2015.   At Vice,  Jerry helped to design and rollout new platforms at the agency for expense management, business development, and financial tracking.  

As North America Director of Operations at Spark44, Jerry manages the Broadcast Production, Project Management and Digital Content teams for the Jaguar Land Rover brands.  He works closely with all departments to bring efficiencies and workflow improvements to creative operations across the company.
