Tim Gilligan has a diverse background in operationalizing engagement, bridging physical and digital experiences. Tim cut his teeth building immersive theatrical experiences including Sleep No More and The Tenant. He then jumped headlong into the intersection of digital and physical experiences consulting with various Fortune 500 and startup teams before making the leap to building design teams for professional services clients across the US. He can currently be found enabling teams as the Chief of Staff and Head of Design Operations for Capital One Business Experience Design. Outside of work, he serves as the New York Chapter lead for DesignOps Assembly and as the Board Chair for NYC based dance, theater, and media company The Feath3r Theory.
