Jilanna has spent the last 6+ years pioneering the development of the Design & Research Operations practice at Zendesk, scaling the Ops team from 1 to 22. Spanning across both Product and Brand Design, her areas of focus include resourcing & budgets, production schedules, design community, learning & development programs, business operations and more. She acts as a strategic partner to the Design & Creative Leadership teams, developing the infrastructure that will enable and inspire the Design teams to do their very best work. She is passionate about design and building a vibrant team culture!
