Design Operations London 2023

Johnny is an art school dropout, self-taught engineer, and program manager from Denmark. He’s spent most of his career in global digital agencies in both permanent and freelance roles. He lived several years in Stockholm and San Francisco, and for the past 8 years has been based in London with his wife and 2 cats. Johnny recently made the move into the DesignOps world and set up the Product DesignOps discipline at Skyscanner. He is now growing a cross-functional operations team at the global fintech, Wise (formerly TransferWise), as Head of DesignOps. He’s passionate about creating space for people to grow and do their best work.
