Sébastien is a Design Lead at Frontguys, a young and dynamic DesignOps agency in Paris. He works with e-commerce, B2B, banking, SaaS, and tech companies. 

Based on 15+ years of experience, he leads design org transformation through managing teams, organising workflow, and sharing design culture. He believes that a good design must be sustainable, aesthetic, useful, and innovative.

For him, a mission is successful when teams work better together with the end user of the product or service in focus. To achieve this, Sébastien likes to bring people together for workshops, creativity sessions, or discussions about their various challenges.
