At Lloyds Banking Group he helped scale Design by leading one of the biggest Design Thinking education programmes in the UK. In his DesOps role, he also led on People and Capability: that’s careers frameworks, culture and communication, capability planning, communities of practice, retention and more. Anything that enables great design at scale.
