Carol came to DAM via the creative/marketing world as a designer with a knack for technology. In the 20+ years since, she has implemented and administered successful DAM, MRM, Project Management, Help Desk, Analytics, and workflow solutions across multiple industries. 

Carol is currently the DAM Program Manager and Admin at Citi where she oversees all aspects of the Global Marketing Team's development and use of digital asset management. To her, findability and usability, including metadata workflow and governance are critical. But the technology itself is just part of the picture. For a solution to be sustainable, it must increase business value, while improving how people work, create, and interact. It must balance program goals with empathy for users' real-world, day-to-day needs and challenges. And everyone should be invested in "what success looks like." 

Carol thrives on knowledge-sharing and collaboration and often speaks at DAM-related events and webinars. She is also one of the organizers of the 1000+ member-strong NYC DAM Meetup group.
