Wouter Fransen

Wouter joined global development organization Oxfam 10 years ago as head of communications for the Belgian office.  The stories, photos and videos of the people Oxfam works with are key in raising support for the organisation’s programs.

Wouter’s insight on which content works best to engage audiences across a variety of online and offline channels led him to assume the role of Content Manager at Oxfam’s global secretariat in 2017. 

Wouter’s daily contribution to the fight against poverty consists of bringing coherence and cohesion to Oxfam’s content operations across 21 affiliate organisations, working together in over 90 countries.  A global DAM system as a single global source of truth, is no small part of that ambition.
