Making Creative Work Better

Back

Evolution of the Creative Ops Experience Design (XD) Team at Hilton

April 15, 09:40 AM

With the continuously changing creative landscape, the Creative Ops team has had to pivot to support effectively the wider community and to be recognized as an internal strategic partner.

Although identifying and reducing blockers and creating process and resource efficiencies across teams has always been a focus, collaboration across all cross-functional teams has become a critical priority.

In this session, Shannon McDowell, Senior Director, Client Services & Creative Operations and Callie Murphy, Director, Client Services & Creative Operations at Hilton explain how they are ensuring the right people are in the right roles, utilizing the correct resources to connect the dots, and creating a positive work environment to help increase productivity, engagement, and team morale. Join them to hear how these factors have proven key to demonstrating the Creative Operations value proposition.
