Emily Kavanagh Collins

Creative Operations Lead

Wimbledon

Emily Kavanagh Collins is Creative Operations Lead at Wimbledon where she is responsible for managing the creative output of both The Championships and the year-round needs of the Club, Foundation and two community sport facilities. Emily joined Wimbledon in 2018, just 18 months after creative was brought in-house, and was tasked with building the creative ops function from the ground up. As well as this, she has an integral role in operations across the estate, currently leading the redesign and implementation of all guest-facing wayfinding and maps, including Centre Court. After studying Graphic Design at university, she has supported in-house teams as well as working agency-side with leading brands across the sports and entertainment industries, organically transitioning from hands-on design to creative operations. Originally from Liverpool, Emily grew up in The Netherlands and United States, and now resides in Sussex with her husband and two children.
