Claire is a Director in the team with a focus on investment, strategic advice and business development bringing 16 years of International hospitality experience to the team. Claire's extensive and varied experience in Europe and Asia has given her deep international knowledge of the hospitality sector. At Colliers, she is responsible for investment due diligence, strategy and concept advice, feasibility studies, operator selections, agreement negotiations and business development.
