Lisa heads up the Debt Advisory team at Knight Frank, providing debt advice and brokerage to clients ranging from UHNWIs to corporates and family offices. Lisa specialises in alternative assets, having arranged debt facilities over £2bn across student accommodation, healthcare and the Private Rented Sector. Lisa joined Knight Frank from CBRE where she led the debt advisory proposition across Specialist Markets working as a Director in the Debt & Structured Finance Team. Lisa’s background is in banking and finance, having spent over ten years originating and structuring development and investment finance in the UK student accommodation, higher education, and healthcare markets for Barclays.
