Ellis Auger is a member of the Leisure and Trade Related Property team with a breadth of valuation and sales experience across the leisure, healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors, for a range of private, corporate and public clients throughout the UK and Europe. He specialises in both operational and investment assets. Ellis originally joined Savills Leisure and Trade Related team in 2003, before moving to Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, where he gained experience across all commercial sectors, whilst continuing to cover trade related properties. From 2015 to 2018, Ellis was a member of Cushman & Wakefield's hospitality team, with a particular specialism in long dated income, including ground rents and serviced apartments. Ellis re-joined the Leisure and Trade Related team in late 2018. Ellis holds a BA (Hons) in French and Management Studies from the University of Reading, gained in 2000. He completed a conversion course in Real Estate at the UCE and became a qualified member of the RICS in 2008.
