Peter brings over 20 years of experience in European real estate development to the firm. He is responsible for Round Hill’s Development Programme across Europe. Peter has previously been responsible for developing over six million square feet of commercial and residential space in London, the UK and Europe. He was recently employed by Arcadis NV (formerly EC Harris LLP) as Global Head of Development Consultancy. Prior to this, he established Creywell Ltd, a Development Management consultancy firm which was sold to EC Harris in 2011. He also previously held the role of Development Director for Hines Europe. Peter holds a BSc in Construction Management from Manchester University and an MSc in European Real Estate from Kingston University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
