Victoria is a senior associate in the Global Corporate Group, specialising in private equity and M&A transactions. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, management incentive arrangements, reorganisations and joint ventures. Victoria has particular knowledge of the corporate real estate sector in London. Prior to joining Reed Smith Victoria worked at Burness Paull LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and spent 6 months on secondment in Freshfields’ Milan office.
