Gerald Eve

Tom is a Partner within Gerald Eve’s Planning and Development team. He has over 10 years’ experience in property and is responsible for providing development advice to a range of clients across the public and private sector. He is also Gerald Eve’s lead on sustainability and responsible for driving the ESG agenda. 

Tom’s expertise is in advising on large, complex and strategic regeneration projects across London and the UK. Tom has specific experience and expertise working alongside masterplanning and design teams to appraise masterplans, as well as strategy, viability, financial modelling, the disposal and acquisition of development sites, and the development of business case submissions.

Transport & Infrastructure is a sector where Tom's expertise is particularly strong. In addition to the work Tom has been doing for HS2, he has a long track record of working with TfL, having delivered a detailed surplus land study that included extensive financial modelling alongside the preparation of a business case for a disposal strategy. He has also provided strategic advice on the appraisal of masterplans for Lillie Bridge Depot and at Earls Court. Tom has also advised MHCLG on the preparation of 12 masterplans along the East West Rail, creating up to 25,000 new homes.
