Tim leads AECOM’s Fiscal Incentives team and, with over 15 years specialising in property tax, is experienced in advising clients on a variety of property related tax areas, including capital allowances, VAT, land remediation relief, research & development credits, landfill tax and the Construction Industry Scheme.  Tim’s professional and diligent approach has enabled owner-occupiers and both small and corporate investors to maximise the benefit of the various types of property tax relief available.  With a background in cost and contract management, Tim contributes extensive experience in the construction and property industries, combined with a detailed understanding of the tax-based incentives available to property investors.
