James Kingdom is an Associate Director in the UK Research team, focussing primarily on the Alternative Sectors. James has written a number of research and thought leadership pieces on the UK market, including Student Housing, Healthcare, the Private Rented Sector and Hotels. James is involved with JLL’s annual Alternative Predictions Survey and regular publication which showcase our detailed understanding of the dynamics of the alternative sectors. James has over 15 years’ experience of undertaking research on the UK alternative and residential markets and has worked on a wide range of projects, most recently for Health Investor and a number of institutional investors. James has also produced thought leadership pieces on the role of infrastructure on property values, diversifying regional growth and the role of the knowledge economy.
