Eleonora Pulci is a Director in the Debt and Structured Finance team, part of CBRE’s Real Estate Finance Division.She specialises in the arrangement of senior and mezzanine debt and advises on new financing, as well as restructuring and debt buy-back mandates. She also leads all CBRE’s loan sales assignments across Europe and has an established network of over 100 real estate lenders, as well as buyers of loans, across the EMEA region.Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, Eleonora worked in the London Securitization team at Citigroup. Before that she spent three years at Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs Company), based in Paris and Rome. As part of the portfolio management team, Eleonora managed over €10 billion of assets under management as well as leading the real estate pricing process in several loan portfolio acquisitions worth more than €1.5 billion.
