Edward has over 14 years valuation experience and is 12 years post-qualified. He started his career at Knight Frank in Manchester where he worked in the retail agency, investment and valuation teams prior to qualifying.

In 2014 Edward moved from Manchester to join the Operational Real Estate team in London. Since then he has become a key member of the pubs and leisure team with involvement in a wide range of instructions on behalf of operators, investors and lenders across the sector. Edward is responsible for business development, the management and delivery of large projects and developing the capabilities and service provision of the leisure team.
