Dr. Thomas Herr has been responsible for the area digital innovations as EMEA head of digital innovation of the real estate company CBRE since the beginning of March 2017. The graduate architect has many years of experience in the areas planning, project management, due diligence, and technical asset management. Since 2014, Dr. Herr has been working for CBRE, after his own founded company VALTEQ was taken over by CBRE. Today VALTEQ is part of the CBRE PREUSS VALTEQ GmbH. Dr. Herr was decisively involved in the organisation of the leading due diligence business of the association and until today is especially responsible for the subjects business, development, digitalisation, innovation, and IT.
