Over his career in the healthcare market, spanning more than 25 years, Colin has worked with a multitude of institutional, corporate and private investors, primarily in the UK but in Europe also.

Colin’s expertise covers the acquisition, disposal and valuation of businesses as investments or going concerns, as well as vacant C2 property and development land. This incorporates work within the following sub sectors: nursing and care homes for the elderly, specialist care (mental health, learning and physical disabilities), brain injury, secure units, private hospitals, medical centres, retirement properties and care villages. He is involved in sales and acquisitions in the Harley Street enclave.

He presents at conferences and provides comment and articles for various trade, property and mainstream press publications.
