Anne is a Director in the Hotel Advisory team and is based in Birmingham. Anne’s experience includes working with investors, owner / operators, brands, financial institutions, government agencies and managing operating companies. Anne has provided services including market and feasibility studies, project concepts, design and fit-out, operator searches, operational reviews and asset management services. Anne joined CBRE Hotels in 2015 after spending 10 years with Horwath HTL, Dublin as Director of their hotel consulting team. Previous to Anne’s advisory experience she worked with a number of international branded and independent hotel properties in Ireland, the UK and Australia.

Anne has an MSc in Hospitality Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and a BA Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Ulster. Anne has completed Cornell’s Certificate Program in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
