Andy White is a director within the property tax team of Gleeds Advisory. He has practiced in the field of capital allowances for over twenty years. This has mainly related to commercial property transactions and property development and his clients include some of the best known UK property investment funds and property companies, as well as corporate clients and high wealth individuals. Although he advises on all types of commercial buildings he has been involved in a large number of healthcare properties including care homes either individually owned, corporate or held by investment funds. A key area of interest is the use of environmentally beneficial systems and equipment within these types of property.
