Andrew joined CBRE in May 2015 to lead the National Healthcare Valuation Team within the Specialist Markets division in London. Previously he set up and ran the healthcare valuation teams at Savills from 2000 and prior to that at Edward Symmons. He has over 25 years’ experience in the sector advising a range of banks, investors, operators and developers across the full spectrum of the care sector to include care homes, specialist care, medical centres, hospitals and assisted living. He is a regular contributor and commentator to the national and specialist media on Healthcare and a speaker at conferences. CBRE healthcare advisory acts on behalf of major lenders in the healthcare sector, property investors, financial sponsors and leading operators across all care assets. Andrew is part of CBRE’s Global Healthcare Advisory team, working alongside counterparts in the US and AsiaPac to support international clients in the UK and EMEA healthcare markets.
