Jeremy leads both the national retail planning team and the north planning team. He is qualified in planning and property Investment with degrees from South Bank and City Universities. Jeremy has considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of clients in all areas of planning and development, with a strong reputation in commercial planning, particularly retail. He leads two teams that between them comprise six directors, based in Manchester, Leeds and London. His commercial approach is supplemented by strong working relationships with members of the Investment and agency teams in Savills, which enables Jeremy to remain up to date in all commercial matters affecting property. His leadership of the North planning team enables Jeremy to engage in other business sectors, including residential, offices, heritage and education. Jeremy sits on the national planning board, The Manchester office board and national education board.
