Joe joined CBRE in 2014 and is an Associate Director in the Hotels EMEA Investment Advisory team. He has a first-class BSc from the University of Surrey in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. On his career to date, Joe has gained extensive national and international experience. His in-depth understanding of the commercial and operational functions of a hotel are complemented by his wider-knowledge of real estate, financial and capital markets. Joe regularly commentates on the hotel-investment market through the delivery of industry presentations and contribution to panel discussions and press articles.
