As a counsel in the London real estate team, Daniel focuses on commercial investment and finance transactions.

Daniel regularly advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties, from prime London real estate to large multi-asset portfolios. He has experience advising on both the financing of real estate transactions, and on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions. Daniel is also experienced in advising on landlord and tenant matters and general portfolio management.

Acting for both domestic and international clients, Daniel works with a broad range of institutional investors, high net worth individuals, family offices, corporate and retail occupiers, and finance providers.

Recently, Daniel has been involved in a number of re-development projects across the residential, industrial and energy sectors.  Daniel also has experience advising clients operating or investing in the hotel and leisure sector.
