Tom Holt-Wilson is a Senior Director at CBRE and Head of Hotel Valuation. He was appointed in April 2023 and is based at Henrietta House in London.

Tom has been valuing hotels since he first joined CBRE in 2006 and he is currently responsible for overseeing the work of the UK hotel valuation team. This team predominantly works on large single assets and portfolios across London and regional UK locations. Tom and the UK team also play an important role working with out European counterparts providing a joined up approach for our clients across the region.

Tom qualified as a Member of the RICS in 2005 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. Tom has completed Cornell’s Certificate Program in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management and the RICS accredited Legal Experience training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence. He has an MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and a BA (Hons) from Durham University.
