Paul is a Consultant for DAC Beachcroft LLP, specialising in real estate finance.

Paul has many years' experience in hotel transactions. He has overseen the sale and purchase of hotels and hotel businesses, the financing of hotel acquisitions and developments, the negotiation and financing of hotel franchises and management contracts, and he has acted for major owners, operators and funders in the sector.

He has acted for borrowers, leading banks and financial institutions on property finance transactions, has considerable experience in property restructuring and insolvency matters, and has published a number of articles on these issues. In addition, he has experience in Shari‘ah compliant real estate transactions.

Paul also deals with both commercial and residential developments, investment portfolios and more general landlord and tenant, and real estate issues.
