Jon is a Development Director at Assura, responsible for delivering medical premises developments nationwide. A chartered surveyor with more than 15 years of healthcare property and private sector development experience, Jon has delivered more than 30 medical centre schemes for a variety of primary care and NHS services - including the UK’s first standalone ‘dementia-friendly’ medical centre, ETTF-funded developments, oncology centres and 3PD GP premises.
At Assura, Jon oversees schemes at all stages of the development lifecycle - from initial concept, design brief and business case approval processes through the planning and technical design stages and beyond to leasing, funding and construction. He also works alongside Assura’s development partners, providing insight and funding solutions that enable successful joint venture initiatives to be delivered.
