Steffan is a board member and President of the Association of Property Lenders. He is also a Director at Beaufort Capital, a UK focused lender providing development finance across all asset classes. At Beaufort Steffan is responsible for origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Steffan commenced his real estate career at a boutique middle eastern bank and has since worked at a number of funds backed by institutional investors including Blackstone and PIMCO.
