Lana is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer with over 15 years’ experience in the UK market, with a specialism in real estate finance, and a particular focus on secured development lending and development monitoring. Her main focus is on carrying out risk assessments for property lending within the residential, commercial, alternative, and hotel sectors, including review/approval of valuations and development drawdowns, and monitoring the construction of the development schemes.

Prior to joining UMTB Mizrahi Tefahot Bank in 2015, Lana was an Associate at Matthews and Goodman LLP Valuation Department. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Montague Evans LLP in 2009, where she joined as a Graduate Surveyor in 2007.
