Andrew is Senior Vice President and Head of Operator Selection in the UK and Ireland within JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group. He has over ten years of experience in the hospitality sector, advising numerous clients on hotel developments and investments throughout the EMEA region. His experience includes negotiating hotel contracts, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic advisory mandates. During his career, Andrew has delivered advisory work for hotel schemes, ranging from budget hotels to major mixed-use resorts and prime city centre hotels.  Andrew manages several operator search and selection processes for hotel developments across the UK and Ireland. This gives him a unique overview of the market and daily interaction with international hotel operators.

Before joining JLL, Andrew served as the Associate Director of Development UK & Ireland at Radisson Hotel Group. During his time there, he successfully nurtured and maintained strategic partnerships for lease, management, and franchise opportunities. Implementing a comprehensive analysis framework, he evaluated potential projects, identified high-potential opportunities aligned with company targets and negotiated operating terms.

Andrew has previously worked at Gerald Eve and Goldman Sachs, holds a BSc in Management Science from Loughborough University, an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business College, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
