What you need to know and what you need to do

In this series of three online sessions Camilla Lamont, Barrister of Landmark Chambers, along with Sarah Fellows and Sebastian Deckker, Directors from Savills, and David Holland, King’s Counsel and Joint Head of Landmark Chambers will review the role and responsibilities of expert witnesses in real estate. Sessions will include discussions around:

  • The Expert Witness in English Law
  • What makes an Expert Witness credible
  • Due diligence
  • Giving Evidence in Court
  • Building a reputation and demand

The series:

  • No important area will be overlooked – all interpretation will be practical and relevant to real-world market conditions using illustrative examples
  • Sessions of 75 minutes each, including answers to questions from participants on the challenges they are facing and on the opportunities being created. Sessions start at 10.00am and run to 11.15am
  • ​Unable to attend all sessions or joining partway through? Recordings will be available for all registrants
