Andrew is a Health, Safety & Environmental Lawyer based in London and advises clients in respect of both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters across a variety of industries (including construction, manufacturing, housing and healthcare).
 
Andrew has a large amount of experience advising clients in respect of regulatory compliance issues across the health & safety, fire safety and product safety landscape. Specifically, Andrew has advised clients in respect of proactive compliance with the Fire Safety Act 2021 and Building Safety Act 2022, offering insight from both a legal and practical perspective.
 
Andrew also regularly provides incident management and investigation advice to organisations following workplace incidents as well as advising and representing clients under investigation or subject to enforcement action from authorities such as the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency and local fire authorities and trading standards services (amongst others). He has wide experience of advising and representing clients in the Magistrates' Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
