May 10, 2:20 PM EDT

Helen Smith, Faculty Head of Coaching and Mentoring for Business and Law, Department of People and Performance, Manchester Metropolitan University will take us on a journey of how a new coaching pilot was put in place to enrich students and their employability success. This session will share insights gained from the provision of a mixed mode of teaching designed to support the career progression of final year business study students with intensive 1:1 and 1:4, including good practise on:

What others say

OnlineEd 2022 provided me with the opportunity to peek through the digital windows to see what is happening worldwide in this field. This helps me to grow my own practice and in turn helps students.
