Shoshi Ish-Horowicz

Head of Innovation and Learning

Queen Mary Academy, Queen Mary University of London

Shoshi (CMALT, SFHEA) is an assessor for Certified Membership of the Association of Learning Technologists and a Fellow of the Centre for Distance Education, supporting research and innovation in flexible distance teaching, learning and assessment.

Shoshi began her career as a classroom teacher in an inner-city comprehensive school.  Since then she has worked in vocational, university and executive education driving forward change and improving student experiences and outcomes.  She is on the editorial board of Advances in Online Education: A Peer Reviewed Journal and her interests include accessibility, inclusion and technology enhanced learning.
