Katie most recently served as CTO at Adstream, a role she was in since 2018. Upon the announcement of Extreme Reach’s acquisition of Adstream, she joined the executive team of the combined company as Chief Product Officer. Katie has been with Adstream from Extreme Reach for nine years, leading the Technology team through a significant digital transformation - optimising Cloud, DevOps Practices, CI:CD and the latest tech. She is passionate about getting the best from people and technology to produce products which deliver real value to clients. 

Prior to joining Adstream from Extreme Reach, Katie was responsible for Marketing Technology at Nokia where she developed a deep understanding of advertising, brand, campaign management and the challenges facing marketing execs in ensuring efficient use of their investment. 

Katie is the 2019 winner of Women in IT’s CTO of the Year award and has spoken at a number of Technology events in the UK about digital transformation, the flexible workforce and the company’s partnership with AWS.

When not managing all things Tech at Adstream from Extreme Reach, Katie manages all things family with her young children and enjoys long distance running to escape it all!
