Joshua has more than two decades of experience in the Photography Industry. He is currently the head of Photo Studio at Rent the Runway having lead Photography teams at Walmart, Jet.com, West Elm, Hautelook, Nordstrom, and Forever 21.

Joshua graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology, then spent the first phase of his career as a freelancer working through the ranks of Photo Assistant, Digital Tech, Retoucher, Photographer, and Producer. He then joined the full-time corporate workforce and transitioned into studio management.

His latest areas of focus beyond the day-to-day of Studio Operations have centered on data management and the linkages between PIM, Style Guides, Production Management, Asset Automation and DAM.
