
Alison Leibowitz is a creative operations executive with 25 years of experience building and leading high-performing creative organizations across fashion, retail and e-commerce.
Alison spent 13 years at NET-A-PORTER, where she was hired to open the U.S. content studio and built the organization from the ground up, scaling from 30 to more than 150 people. Under her leadership, the studio became an industry-leading creative operation known for creative excellence. She developed leaders and created a culture where people chose to stay and grow, with an average tenure of 10 years.
Alison began her career as a graphic designer at J.Crew before moving into creative production and becoming Director of Marketing Production at Kate Spade New York. Having started as a creative and gone on to lead creative organizations, she understands both sides of the business. Creatives trust her to protect the craft, while executives trust her to deliver results.
