Kate began her career in project management, working on major brands like Visa, GE, and Dunkin'. However, she quickly discovered a passion for making sense of process and the way marketing teams worked together. This led her to take on a role at draftLine, Anheuser-Busch’s in-house agency, where she helped build operational foundations.
Kate is now at dentsu, leading operations for the integration of Tag, their internal production arm. Kate’s current focus is exploring the most effective role of creative operations specialists—whether they are sparking, managing, or simply facilitating change.
